About

ABout Geek Girls Collaborative

Given the increasing prevalence of computer technology in the world, it is crucial that African women have the chance to participate in the technological revolution and benefit from it. The Geek Girls Collaborative is a global network of computer science experts dedicated to inspiring and empowering African women and girls to be involved in computer technology as a career or as a tool in their chosen field. Our goal is to give them the tools and help they need to improve their technical skills, build strong professional networks, become leaders and innovators in technology, and build a workforce that is fair for everyone. We shall pursue this objective until there are no more barriers to stop African women from moving up the ladder of the technological revolution.
